Mission: 

My goal is to empower people to become strong, flexible and better balanced physically, as well as emotionally. Within each class I offer different levels of challenge so that each student will be appropriately motivated.  I give individual attention within the group setting so each student can work on optimal alignment, and therapeutic actions to create a balance of stability and freedom.

I guide students in exploring the relevance of the ancient wisdom from the Yoga traditions, to our lives today. I value clear communication and a practical down-to-earth style.

Most important for me is sharing the practices of the postures(asana,) breathwork (pranayama), and meditation as tools for living a healthier and happier life by becoming more fully present in each moment.
